Today, 11/20/2009, a hacker broke into the Climate Research Unit in England to expose the extensive trickery and conspiracy that has been going on to “fudge” data, all the way back to 1961, so that it would show a pattern of warming. The hacker posted all the hacked emails on a Russian server. it is now viral and can be found on a number of sites. Here is one of the hacked emails showing undeniable evidence of “tampering with the evidence”:

Professor Jones has admitted that the emails are real. There is a running thread on the story of the data as it is flying across the internet. It has been reported on Fox News James Delingpole, UK Telegraph reports that these 61 megabytes of documents and emails are the nails on the coffin of Anthropogenic global Warming. He states: “Conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organised resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more.”

As I have mentioned in my other posts, there is increased skepticism on the part of the public towards Al Gores’ junk science, and a new perception that the facts just don’t fit in with the theory. Sadly, this hoax was going to be a scam as well, as there was a definite plan to profit from all this deception.

Well, the Hawaiian Department of Health now realizes that Leo Donofrio, Esq., and some of his attuned readers are on to the “misdirection” that the officials have been using, when asked about Barack Hussein Obama/Soetoro/Dunham.

Within a short space of being put on notice about ‘our’ knowing that they were dodging the law, Ms. Janice Okubo responded to a request for index records of Barack Hussein Obama, with more than was asked for. Specifically:

Now, the request was very specific as to the “index records of BHO. So, why did Okubo include the “marriage record.” Note that it does not say “parents.” When asked if they maintained the divorce records, Ms. Okubo lied about that, saying they were maintained by the “Department of the Judiciary.” But, an observant reader of Donofrio’s blog found this:

Just more Hide-and-seek. Unfortunately, all these “misdirections” and lies may lead to some very unfortunate consequences for the officials who are trying to “outsmart the law.”

Well, the White House released Obama’s Speech to the Kids, and, I must admit, it wasn’t bad at all. Possibly, we’ll never know if it had been edited after all the commotion.

The only two big lies that I found in were: 1. Obama said “My father left my family when I was two years old”; and “my family lived in Indonesia for a few years, and 2.my mother didn’t have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school.” On the first one, Stanley Anne Dunham, Obama’s mother started taking classes in Seattle Washington 15 days after giving birth to him; there is no evidence that Obama Sr. and Dunham ever lived together. Obama Sr. was taking classes in Honolulu. On the second lie, Obama’s stepfather, Lolo Soetoro was an Executive for an Oil company and could easily have afforded sending him to an “American” school. The fact is that his school records from Jakarta indicate that his name was/is Barry Soetoro, indicating that he may have been adopted by his step father, so he could attend public schools. At that time, Indonesia was a police state and everyone had to carry an ID (Karty Tanda Pendudaks), and, also public schools, which he attended, were restricted to Indonesian citizens.

3. A smaller “fib” was calling his “hometown” Chicago. That is usually a word reserved for the place where you grew up, which in Barry’s case was Seattle, Honolulu, and Jakarta, then, at the age of 10, Honolulu again. Today, at 8 AM in Judge Carter’s courtroom in Santa Ana, California, Dr. Orly Taitz will be submitting a sworn affidavit along with Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. So he may have spent a few days there as a newborn, as well.

You might say these are all small things, but to small minds, they mean a lot. He painted himself as 1.abandoned by his father and 2. an American living abroad and a 3.Chicago “homie.” In order, that would be 1. the sympathy vote, 2. “natural born citizen” vote, and 3. the “Communist” vote.

Now, let me explain a little about # 3, as it is something new to me. This is from the RomanticPoet: apparently Obama’s teenage mentor, Frank Marshall Davis,was originally from Chicago and married a white Chicago society girl, Helen Caulfield. “Davis may have known left wing journalist Vernon Jarrett in post war Chicago. A connection would be significant because the Jarrett family has played a very important role in Obama’s rise to power...Davis and Jarrett not only knew each other, but worked together in another Communist Party dominated organization-The Citizen’s Committee to Aid Packing House Workers…organized to support the united packing-House workers of America C.I.O. now on strike.“ Jarrett has admitted that it was she who who recruited Van Jones.

Vernon Jarrett was a well known journalist and Communist who helped Harold Washington defeat the Daley machine in Chicago, in 1983.That victory inspired Obama to move from New York to Chicago. This is where Obama’s Senior Advisor and personal friend, Valerie Jarrett comes on the scene. She joined the Harold Washington’s administration in 1987. She is the daughter-in-law of Vernon Jarrett.  So, was she the “someone really high in power in the White House” who over-ruled the Secret Service check on Van Jones?

So, as the saying goes, tell a lie, over and over again, and it becomes the truth. And, to little minds, it might not take too long.

It appears that, according to the Super Heroes of Barack Obama.com, that the opponents of Embalmacare are “heirs of Bin Laden.” What is also unusual about the Super heroes’ endorsement is that they claimed to have some kind of religious standing too, as they rebuked the “proud right wing terrorists” as taking the advice of “False prophets.”

The Super Heroes go on to report that “We Are The Super-Heroes Who Yes WE DID, and YES, WE SHALL commence administering Super-Hero Karate Chops, beginning now.” Possibly, this message is directed to the under 20 group, as they were so effective in shaming their parents to vote for Obama in the primaries. Remember Senator McAskill’s teenage daughter convinced her to swing her vote for Obama?

In a CNSNews Report, Mario Lewis from the CEI ( Competitive Entrepreneurs Institute, handily refutes the unfounded, and unscientific claims of Al Gore and his cult. Mr Lewis cites ample scientific evidence to call into question the so-called “Global warming.” Lewis also cites that the “green changes, like cap-and-trade, etc would result in a 5 trillion dollar loss in the GDP by 2030. Another point, of course, and is well known, namely the use of ethanol and other bio-fuels would diminish the food supply as well as increase the cost of food for the population. George Soros, a big Obama supporter, has big investments in ethanol in Brazil.

I might also add that Scott Thompson and Nancy Spannaus report that, “in November 2004, Al Gore joined with Goldman Sachs veteran David Blood in launching a London-based investment fund, Generation Investment Management, which insiders affectionately, but accurately, refer to as “Blood and Gore.” Gore is chairman of Generation Investment Management, a hedge fund which is devoted to making its billions by denying economic development and sustenance to billions of people in the Third World–through brokering and speculating on so-called carbon swaps…Second, on Oct. 30, 2006, at a high-profile press conference, then-British Chancellor of the Exchequer Gordon Brown announced that he had hired Al Gore to “advise the British government on climate change.” This declaration has been followed by a flurry of mass-brainwashing activity for a genocidal take-down of industry and agriculture by Gore, not only in the British Isles, but in the rest of the world.” And, they go on to point out that Prince Philip is quite the Eugenicist, enthusiastic for population decrease.

It is very refreshing to see that Governor Palin has emerged from the past few weeks of being lashed for her resignation and demonstrating that “the pen is mightier than the sword.”

In an Article today in the Washington Post, the Governor has shown us where she intends to fight the battle to save our economy from the Narcissist-in-Chief, who still wants us to believe that he is all knowing, in spite of the sinking economy.

As an Alaskan, Governor Palin knows only too well the enormous supplies of untapped energy our country has. She knows that there is at least 200 yrs of untapped oil on Gull Island, Alaska, and in many other states.

However, as usual, the Obamabots’ response to the article is predictable. My question to them is: what, if anything, are they getting from this Administration? My guess is that they are too embarrassed to admit they were totally wrong.

As many of you know, when an officer is sworn into the military, he/she takes the Oath to defend the Constitution. That is, the officer is not just at the President’s disposal. In a report from world Daily Net, it appears that a case will be heard on July 16th, 2009, in “Federal court for the Middle District of Georgia from U.S. District Judge Clay D. Land.” The plaintiff, Major Stefan Frederick Cook, is in the Florida Army Reserves and has received orders to be deployed to Afghanistan.

Major Cook states that he needs to receive clarification, since if he were captured by the Taliban and it was found that the President is a usurper, he would not be treated as a POW, but as a “war criminal.”

Leo Donofrio, lawyer and author of Natural born Citizen pointed out to Major Cook’s lawyer, Dr. Orly Taitz, that due to the separation of powers, most likely the judicial system is not going to take up these matters. Donofrio says that the only method for removing a sitting President, other than impeachment is “quo warranto“. Specifically, that is under jurisdiction of the US Attorney for D.C. Donofrio sent the “quo warranto” to the former US Atty. Jeffrey Taylor, but he resigned in May without commenting on it. Channing Philips was appointed as his replacement.

According to Natural Born Citizen: “In Newman v. United States ex Rel. Frizzell, 238 U.S. 537 at 546 (1915), the Supreme Court interpreted the role of the AG and US attorney as follows: “The District Code still treats usurpation of office as a public wrong which can be corrected only by proceeding in the name of the government itself. It permits those proceedings to be instituted by the Attorney General of the United States and by the attorney for the District of Columbia. By virtue of their position, they, at their discretion and acting under the sense of official responsibility, can institute such proceedings in any case they deem proper. But there are so many reasons of public policy against permitting a public officer to be harassed with litigation over his right to hold office that the Code not only does not authorize a private citizen, on his own motion, to attack the incumbent’s title, but it throws obstacles in the way of all such private attacks. It recognizes, however, that there might be instances in which it would be proper to allow such proceedings to be instituted by a third person, but it provides that such “third person” must not only secure the consent of the law officers of the government, but the consent of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia before he can use the name of the government in quo warranto proceedings.“

What a terrible way to issue an ultimatum! But Greenpeace has never been known to do things in either a legal or a polite way. I would have to say, that the miserable Obama Administration will probably never be celebrated by being added to the true patriots on Mt. Rushmore. From what we have seen of Mr. Obama, he hates America and what it stands for. The poster that Greenpeace plastered on Mt.Rushmore is probably the closest Obama’s visage will get to the historic site. Frankly, with Obama already cramming the Waxman-Marcus bill down our throats, this seemed like a bit of over-kill.

I approached Greenpeace a long time ago and asked them if they would consider being vegetarian, as it has been shown that if people would become vegetarian, there would be a lot less greenhouse gases. But they said “no.” They believed in the Gore Prophet and nothing could dissuade them from their faith in his Oracle, even though global temperatures have dropped.

Plus, isn’t it just a little insane to desecrate a National Monument, in order to prevent so-called desecration of the atmosphere? This is worse than Tony Hawk desecrating the White house with his skateboard.

It’s just getting to feel that the kids have gone amuck in the White House.

Rasmussen came out with its official statistics, according to Jim Hoff, and astoundingly discovered that Democrats actually believe that the economy is better now than it was at this time last year. This leads anyone with any sense of realism to the conclusion that they are possibly taking too many drugs, are in a total post-hypnotic state and/or are liars.

During the campaign, some professional medical observers definitely thought that Obama was using a type of NLP hypnosis, using repetition, pacing, leading and other hypnotic means, in addition to his own rhetorical charisma to create his strong appeal. It is known that other fascist leaders were capable of this in the past as well. It is well known that post hypnotic suggestions can cause a person, or audience, to see things that are actually not there, or to feel things true that are real.

Realistically, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that the unemployment rate has risen to an 26 yr high of 9.4%, the deficit has quadrupled, the Dow Jones is down, the GDP is down, and, I might add, china is no longer using the US dollar as its reserve currency.

So, I would have to say that this “unreal world” that they live in may have been produced by Obama’s post-hypnotic suggestion that it will take time to realize the effects of the stimulus. But that is something like wishing that a person having a cardiac arrest is only experiencing the hiccups. Unfortunately, for those too weak-minded to resist the hypnotic spell of the Obama cult, it may well turn into a case of doomed lemmings.

Recently, I’ve been listening to both sides of the issue about Universal Health Care. I read today that the experiment started in Massachusetts is still falling short of meeting expectations. Now, Shona Holmes, an Ontario middle-aged mother of two, has weighed in on the Canadian Health Care system. She seemed to be having a progressive loss of vision, so her primary doctor sent her to specialists. However, there was a long waiting list to see a neurologist or endocrinologist, according to Big Gov Health, about 4-6 months.

Perhaps it was her 5th sense, she decided to fly to the Mayo clinic in Arizona and she was able to obtain all the tests she needed and returned home with a complete diagnosis. Her reasoning was, that if she had a complete diagnosis, the doctors would move ahead with the next step: treatment. She was wrong: they turned her down.

She and her husband then returned to the Mayo Clinic, where the medical staff told her she needed the operation immediately “or die;” she had a brain tumor of the pituitary gland, and a rare condition called Cushing’s syndrome. She was scheduled ASAP and then returned home, of course, with major bills to pay. Canada refused to pay the bills and she is now suing in the Canadian Supreme Court “to repeal a ban that prevents its citizens from purchasing private health insurance.”

According to Shona: “What they don’t tell you is that both those countries (Canada & Great Britain) routinely block or delay access to needed treatments and often treat elderly patients with cavalier contempt.”
