Obama Eligibility Court Case is On!

santaana.jpg
Practically every court case that has been filed on the question of Obama’s eligibility to be President has been dismissed on procedural grounds. I think that it might have never been explored, except that Obama’s utter incompetence is presenting such a danger to our country now. So, a few brave people have stepped up to the plate. We know, from experience, that anyone who challenges the Obama administration has been vilified by the syncophants in the media, like the New York Slimes (as Dr. Mark Levin calls it), so our prayers are with them.

According to Anti-Mullah, brave Judge David O. Carter in Santa Ana California Federal Courthouse will hear the trial, which “will be heard on its merits…and will not be dismissed on any procedural grounds.” Judge Carter is a former Marine.

The docket can be seen Here at Right Side of Life, Keyes et al vs Obama et al. Alan Keyes is is a former Ambassador to India and also Presidential candidate in 2008. He is being represented by Dr.Orly Taitz.

As of the last update, apparently at yesterday’s hearing Judge Carter found that Dr. Taitz had not served Obama properly, but the Judge gave her another opportunity to do so. “This means that a response to the Complaint will be due in 60 days.”
