Car Czar, Steve Ratner

A few weeks back, a successful businessman appeared on Neil Cavuto speaking about the closing of his dealership in Florida The Dealership was a successful operation and had been successful for 22 years. The gentleman, Jim Anderer, said his business was very successful and could not understand why it was being taken away from him. He, along with others, believe that the Obama administration forced bankruptcy on Chrysler.

Now, it seems, that Doug Ross has uncovered some correspondence between the dealerships’ political contributions and the closings. There was only one exception in Waco, Tx., and the rest were heavily contributors of Obama’s opponents. “Chrysler claimed that its formula for determining whether a dealership should close or not included “sales volume, customer service scores, local market share and average household income in the immediate area.”

However, according to the latest research, by Jim Hoff, a dealership, RLJ-McLarty-Landers, owned by three men (”one was the former Chief of Staff for President Clinton. One is the founder of Black Entertainment Television and a huge Obama supporter. even a 5 star dealership was closed in Peoria because the owner, Gary Uftring supported Congressman Aaron Schock. After closing 789 Chrysler dealerships which seemed to have been targeted for their connection to GOP politicians, Chrysler announced it would be opening more.

Jim Hoff als discovered that the “Car Czar” is married to Maureen White, former National Democratic Finance Chairman, and he is the one who is deciding the closings, not Chrysler.

Remember that Obama once said “I’m keeping score”.
