Obama’s Little White Liberal Lies at Notre Dame

Norma McCovery: Hat Tip Jeremy Miller
Well, it happened and the Pope did not step in to prevent the sacrilege of the most radical pro-abortion and infanticide President speaking at commencement of the Catholic Notre Dame University. Of course, he said it was all about being respectful of those with whom we have disagreements, but he never mentioned, once, about his radical position against BAIPA (Born Alive Infant Protection Act) which had been written to protect babies born alive following a botched abortion. Obama started off his remarks by comparing the ethical problem as similar to the difference between the soldier and the lawyer. In other words,  the soldier has to kill. But the analogy is a false one, when applied to the abortion debate, since we’re not at war with the fetus.

However, there were many protesters arrested, including Dr. Alan Keyes, and, according to April Lorier,”Norma McCorvey, (who) was “Jane Roe” on whose behalf the Roe vs Wade lawsuit was originally filed, alleging that the abortion law in Texas violated her constitutional rights and the rights of other women…she (later became) one hundred percent pro-life…Poor, pregnant, and desperate, Norma McCorvey fell into the hands of two young and ambitious lawyers…Norma was uneducated, unskilled, a drug user, and an alcoholic”.  She later made a 180 degree change to become pro-life after she met Operation Rescue.

It should be noted, though, that the University lost 13.2 million dollars in donations because of this controversial invitation. However, it seems that there are many “so-called” Catholics on the Board of Trustees who are pro-choice and who are very influential and wealthy persons, and friends of the Obama Administration.
