The Obama team announced on Friday, March 27t that it would release certain Gitmo detainees in the United States and possibly help them to “get on their feet.” The ones who have been selected are the 17 Uighar Muslim terrorist-separatists from China who were responsible for killing 16 policeman, according to News.Xinhuanet. They were also planning to make terrorist attacks at the Beijing Olympics, according to Site Intel Group, because they were linked to the Turkistan Islamic Party, which issued a threat before the Olympics.

Team Obama, however, is using revisionist history and is calling them “non-threatening” Gitmo detainees, but according to the BBC, “Uighur separatists in Xinjiang have waged a low-level campaign against Chinese rule for decades.

Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair said the Team Obama doesn’t want to return them to China, so it will release them here and possibly give them some “assistance” to get them going, according to AP.

I’m not sure about you, but if if they killed 16 policemen in Xinjiang, China, shouldn’t we send them back there to face justice? I mean they’re murderers, right? According to International Humanitarian Law: “If civilians directly engage in hostilities, they are considered ‘unlawful’ or ‘unprivileged’ combatants or belligerents (the treaties of humanitarian law do not expressly contain these terms). They may be prosecuted under the domestic law of the detaining state for such action”.

Since when did members of religious groups become Affirmative Action candidates? Yet, that seems to be the new policy of the Obama Administration, according to World Daily Net, since they are looking to put 500 Muslims in the White House. Possibly this is part of the new appeasement policy that Team Obama has towards Islam. I might add, that this will only earn them the title of “Dhimmis”, or those who have surrendered and are paying a jizya, or a tax, to stay alive.

Since when is being a member of a religion part of one’s resume? Many who defended Obama on the campaign trail decried any suggestion that he might be Muslim. He had supposedly converted to Christianity, although there does not seem to be a Baptismal record, and there is no name change as is usual with a Christian conversion. Plus, he did convert in a rabid anti-American church.

However, his rhetoric was full of taqqiya, which means lying and is condoned by Islam in order to infiltrate the non-believer’s society in preparation for a full takeover. According to WND, Mohamed Akram wrote a leadership directive for the Muslim Brotherhood: “a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ’sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

I have friends who have changed their normal electric light bulbs for the fluorescent light bulbs, which, however, contain Mercury, which, of course, will leak into a landfill.

Then there is the prediction of sea levels rising and polar bears stranded. What we are experiencing is a return to the Ice Age. What will happen to the Amazon when it is unable to sustain the rain forest after it is stripped for ethanol producing crop?

Also, according to Pravda, China and Russia are teaming up to push for a new global currency with Special Drawing Rights. Remember China holds the purse strings for the US.

Monday, Obama will be announcing deployment of 4,000 more troops to Afghanistan, and according to David R. Hoffman, Pravda,”Although the United States has fought some wars where its liberty interests were at risk, in recent times this “defense of freedom” mantra has become little more than a subterfuge to conceal the fact that America’s military is increasingly being deployed so that multinational corporations can plunder the human and natural resources of weaker nations, and/or to divert the electorate’s attention away from the economic or political corruption engaged in by the plutocrats who truly control the country and its government.”

There are numerous Americans who are confused about the issue of Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be President, since he is a “so-called constitutional lawyer.” Truth is, he was a part time constitutional adjunct lecturer. So, his supporters cite the 14th Amendment or US vs.  Wong Kim Ark (SCOTUS) to support his eligibility.

Let’s take a look at what the First Chief Justice said: “It cannot be presumed that any clause in the constitution is intended to be without effect; and therefore such construction is inadmissible…” (Chief Justice Marshall in Marshall vs. Madbury.) Therefore, according to Natural Born citizen.wordpress Marbury v. Madison creates a standing presumption against any interpretation that would render the “natural born citizen” clause to have no effect independent of being a “citizen”. Chief Justice Marshall insisted such a construction is inadmissible.” Therefore, the author of the preceding blog states that the 14th Amendment does not redefine “natural born citizen.”

Rather, we should understand the Founding Fathers’ original  intention. And that can be ascertained by understanding that when using the phrase, “natural born citizen”, they were using a phrase coined from an internationally famous work, “Droit des gens; ou, Principes de la loi naturelle appliqués à la conduite et aux affaires des nations et des souverains” (in English, The Law of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law Applied to the Conduct and to the Affairs of Nations and of Sovereigns). This was written in 1758 by Emerich de Vattel and the Founding Fathers were very aware of it.

This is the section of the Vattel’s book that they used as a basis for the requirement to be President: “The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights…I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

With so many ongoing suits challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President, this clarifies the situation and makes it clear that he does not fulfill the requirement, since, by his own admission, he was born a British subject due to his British-Kenyan father (British Nationality Act 1948) So, even if he can produce an Hawaiian birth certificate, which he is fighting, he is still ineligible.

We keep hearing from “Dear Leader” that an answer of “No” to his budget is not a sufficient reply, that his critics need to be more creative. Okay, now I don’t know about you, but when I have any kind of a problem, the very first thing I will do is to diagnose the problem. Otherwise, all we are doing is a “band-aid” job. What kind of a doctor would prescribe a medication without a diagnosis? A charlatan? A snake oil salesman?

Do you remember Congressman Paul Kanjorski (D-Pa), Chairman of House Financial Subcommittee of Capital Markets, leaking some very interesting information about how there was a “strike” on the Dow that drained off approximately 550 billion in 2 hours on September 15, 2008. Now, I assume that the Stock Market has the technology to investigate who might have caused this devastating crash. The question, to me, is why hasn’t this been investigated?

There has been only speculation, but no FBI investigation of who caused this. As Kanjorski stated, if the Federal Reserve hadn’t closed down, there would have been a withdrawal of 6 trillion dollars leading to the collapse of the U.S., followed by the collapse of the Global economy.
So, Mr. Obama, have your DOJ, FBI, whatever examine this, rather than throwing bandaids at the problem. That is, unless you don’t want us to know it was one of your friends (George Soros)? He is a prime suspect, since, according to an Urban Legend he “Broke the Bank of England” in 1992. However, he is most likely just a front man for the Rothschilds, since, if he had actually done that infamous deed he would have been certainly have been assassinated. He did, however, according to Business.Asiaone, make 1.7 billion during the latest crisis. Obama’s friend, Warren Buffet lost 25 billion. Maybe Warren needs a reality check.

According to News Max, a previous ACORN worker will be testifying at the House Judiciary Committee March 26th as a “whistleblower.” Anita MonCrief was formerly with the Association of Community Organizations and was discharged for charging her personal expenses to the ACC.

She will be accompanied by Heather Heidelbaugh who is representing the Republican committee. According to her allegations, ACORN was involved in massive voter fraud. She also claimed that the Obama campaign called on her to contact those who had donated the maximum donation to the “O” campaign and ask them to donate to “Project Vote,” which is also almost non-different from ACORN.

If these allegations are true, they would be a violation of Internal Revenue Code, federal finance campaign laws and laws against voter registration fraud. According to Mich News the lists she had were shared with ACORN in “2 ACORN battleground states in order to raise money for a $28 million dollar (number as of 11/2007) voter registration drive (based on direct and indirect knowledge and documents).”

In her first entry in her Anita MonCrief Blog she writes: “Coming forward was not an easy choice and I weighed my options repeatedly and realized that there was not much of a choice. ACORN is a corrupt organization that is preying on the marginalized in this society and they have become the cancerous growth of this election.”

In the The Next Right, Anita writes “The ACORN 8 and other whistle-blowers are ready to testify on the Hill, we welcome that chance to expose ACORN, and stop this brazen attempt at giving more money this these poverty pimps.” Of course, ACORN got its payoff in the first ‘”porkulus” of 4 billion, even though it is under indictment in at least 11 states.

So, Katie Couric and Charlie Gibson “proved” to us that Governor Palin was clueless about foreign policy. And, I guess Obama and McCain had to practice pronouncing Ahmadinejad’s name a few times. But simple things like England and France were not seen as very big hurdles. However, a few weeks ago, Obama manged to piss off the British and, now, his “sweet” Happy New Year (Nowruz) to the Iranians was met with total disdain by Khoumeni, who could smell a wimp a mile away.

Of course, now he has insulted the disabled with his Special Olympics” remark and, most recently, the current French President, Sarkozy. Instead of writing a letter to the French president, he wrote it to the former French president, Jacques Chirac. Some of his critics are now suggesting that his clear display of ignorance is the reason he has his academic records are sealed.

Of course, with the French economy in shambles and 3 million protesting Sarkozky, he’s already a little nervous about the upcoming elections. Unfortunately, Sarkozy’s opponent, socialist Martin Aubry, according to IHT.com criticized Sarkozy for not being more like Obama, and doing everything “in one shot.” However, isn’t that just the socialist mentality, taking advantage of every crisis? Sarkozy chose less deficit spending, so that is probably why Obama chose to undermine him by writing to the former president. Chirac was also suspected of several crimes while in office, but could not be prosecuted; also he was a Communist in his youth. so, you can see that Obama may have had some admiration for him, since they are “birds of a feather.” He wrote to Chirac that he looks forward to working with him on “peace” over the next four years. Chirac is 76 years old. Last news about Chirac was he was mauled by his clinically depressed poodle.

In Obama’s 60 minute interview yesterday, he criticized Wall Street for getting involved in “worthless” derivatives, but didn’t take any of the blame for his years as a community organizer with ACORN, which forced banks to give the risky “NINJA” mortgage loans that were at the source of the shaky derivatives in the first place.

While he was talking, he was chuckling and giggling inappropriately, in the midst of discussing what he calls the next Depression. His interviewer on 60 Minutes, Steve Kroft, called him out and asked him if he were “punch drunk.” Obama called it “gallows humor”, although most people don’t think it is a laughing matter. According to Texas Darlin Blog, his pupils were dilated and his inappropriate behavior suggests that he may have been “high”. This is how one VietnamVeteran commentator saw it: ‘texasdarlin, it looks like reefer to me, too. That’s just how they act. Incoming rounds, all hell breaking loose in Nam, and I look around and see these guys giggling and laughing, high on reefer. Remember Holder has just loosened the laws on Marijuana.

Another theory proposed by Alec Rawls is that Obama is just laughing at the American people who haven’t figured out that his mission is to radically alter and/or destroy the United States. they should have figured it out, he says, because all his mentors were either communists or Islamo-fascists.

And now he’s about to piss off the American Idols fans by having one of his TV “conversations” bump the Tuesday American Idols show. There are some opinions on The Democratic Underground that Idol bumping “will cripple him politically.” In an interview with Jay Leno, on March 24th, Simon Colwell said he declined an invitation to have dinner with Barry. Maybe he wants to be on Idols.

Well, by now, everyone has heard about Eric Holder’s investigating of a Texas border patrol sheriff, Joe Arpaio, on the grounds that he may be “racial profiling” illegal immigrants. Then the other day, an illegal alien turned himself in after murdering two people, according to atlanta.craiglist. Turns out he had a criminal record too, but, in several states, it is racism to investigate these illegals.

Don’t you just love it? And now, Nancy Pelosi calling illegal immigrants “patriotic” and people who want to make immigrants go through a legal process “un-American.”

This video below was recently uncovered by a pro-terrorist Muslim professor in Kuwait, Abdullah Fahd Abd Al-A’Aziz Al-Nafisi, PhD. If you read the sub-titles, you will see that he speaks about two possible scenarios that could be worse than 9/11. The first one is for a terrorist to smuggle in a pound of anthrax across the Mexican border, guaranteed to kill at least 330,000 people within an hour. The second one is to encourage American militia, White supremacists to blow up a nuclear plant on Lake Michigan.

He goes on to praise the terrorists in their holy work. As many of you know, the State of Texas called for help from the feds with the border drug war that is going on at this moment. Apparently, Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano doesn’t feel that the situation warrants any attention at this time.

Is it possible that this Administration is looking the other way to allow the these terrorist attacks to unfold? Does it make any sense to allow criminal illegal aliens to disrupt the United States? I’m afraid not. However, to a student of Alinsky, it makes perfect sense to allow crises, so that they can be used to advance the socialist agenda.
