Apparently one billion dollars of the “viagra” package will go to stimulate GM in Brazil. and there is also a plan to crush cars and SUVs that go not get an mpg of at least 18. So, one wonders how these ideas are going to stimulate American businesses. Then there is a handout of $93,000 to each lawmaker for petty cash, while at the same time #44 has told the military to reduce its budget by 10% or 55 billion dollars.

Unfortunately, only 12 % of the Stimulus package will help the economy. The rest is “pork”, payoffs to Obama’s campaign supporters, like ACORN, which is under investigation for voter fraud.
The stimulus package also contained an unconstitutional provision that said that none of the money could be used by Illinois, if Rod Blagojevich continued to be the governor of that sate. This violates the 14th amendment, or Equal Protection Act, which does not allow for any single person to be named in a bill. No wonder the Illinois Senate voted unanimously to impeach him.
