Justice Antonin Scalia: The Originalist

Seemingly by coincidence, Justice Scalia gave a speech at the federalist society. This was only 3 days following the docketing of a lawsuit that the blogosphere has been following very closely, namely Donofrio v Wells.

Another gentleman, who is not a lawyer, Cort Wrotnowski, has a very solid case and tried to join his case with Leo’s, but was met by some unusual circumstances in the clerk’s office, who appear to be sabotaging the efforts of concerned citizens because of what is an unprecedented situation in this country.

It is also now even appearing to be in the form of some kind of a coup. We know, for example, that George Soros supported Mikhail Saakashvili when he took over the country of Georgia in the famous “Rose Coup.” George Soros, of course, heavily supported Barack Obama.

What happened today was that Cort’s case was sent to the anthrax building where it will be delayed for a few days, that may actually prevent the case from being presented on the same day that Donofrio’s is being conferenced (Dec. 5th.) Why is it being sent to the anthrax facility???

Now, back to Justice Scalia. He spoke about how the conference is not about Justices persuading each other. He said that usually the Justices already have their minds made up. One thing that Justice Scalia did say was that it is important to preserve the original meaning of the Constitution, as opposed to what is being promoted like a “living Constitution”, i.e., interpreting the law to fit your own viewpoint.

If you like, please go to Politics Portal and pick up the copy of Cort Wrotnowski’s docket and send a copy to any of the Justices with a little caveat that there may be some kind of obstruction of justice. The fax number is 202-479-2971
