Our friend over at Gateway Pundit wants to declare November 22, 2008 as VI Day. As I mentioned in a previous article, the military and the administration actually made a wise decision to try to implement democracy in Iraq, rather than in Afghanistan, due to the fact that the Iraq was more advance (16th vs 9th century).
Now, the mentality of the Jihad is nurtured from childhood. We had seen young children, even mentally disabled children being used as bombs, and even their Mothers celebrating this.
We even have one scholars disputing the existence of Mohammed. we have ex-terrorists, like Waleed Shoebat, explain the mentality of the Quran and others like Brigitte Gabriel from Act for Americas giving us some interesting warnings about the way in which Shariah law is being used to infiltrate our economic structures. Unfortunately, what happens when Muslims get economic power, they want a quid pro quo. We saw that recently with the so-called honor killing of two Said girls by their father. The Muslim community objected to the murders being labeled honor killing and that was changed.
According to some ex-Muslims, the Quran’s later passages vacated any of the earlier, peaceful passages. some of these ex Muslims say that it is not really a religion, but a political agenda. If you read Mohammed’s life you will see that he became a general and when he vanquished a country, he beheaded the vanquished.
Will Democracy bring enlightenment to a more peaceful co-existence?

This was a rather interesting poll by John Ziegler, former Talk show Radio Host and now film producer, similar to the one that Howard Stern conducted. Both Ziegler and Stern, separately canvassed voters and found some surprising results. Just for your information, I will post the link to the Ziegler’s poll. You will be surprised.
Howard Stern asked people who were Obama supporters if they were voting for him because he was pro-life. They said yes. He asked others if Obama won would it be all right if Sarah Palin was the Vice President. They said yes. It was sad. People were not informed. Journalism died. Humpty Dumpty fell off the wall.

David Archuleta was one of the top contenders in this season 2008 American Idols. Some would say that he is hardly an amateur as he has won previous competitions. However, given that he is only 17, it would most likely be correct to call him a genius prodigy. He also developed a huge fan base, even though he came in as the runner-up to David Cook.

His actual birth time is unknown, but I have set it at 7PM EST, since that will put exalted Jupiter and Ketu in his Cancer ascendant (vedic). Ketu here will account for his shortness. His Moon is in Taurus and, of course that is a very creative sign.

He has Chandramangala Yoga with the Moon conjunct powerful Mars. Mars also aspects Mercury and Venus giving him that powerful stage charisma. One thing that troubles me is Mars aspecting the Sun, which may give a predisposition for accidents.
He is presently in a Mars period (2003-2010), which is located in his 11th house of gains. So, the Idol Season had mixed favorability for him. However, as we have seen in other competitions, it is not always talent that takes the top prize. There was another case of Jaclyn Victor, Malaysian Idol who lost the Asian Idols to Hady Mizra. she was clearly the more talented. I’m not saying that David Cook was not talented, I guess I was just rooting for the “kid”.

Unfortunately for Archuleta,  Jupiter was transiting in his 8th house at the time of the Idol competition, from his Taurus Moon. The 8th house is the house of secret enemies and death.
However, he has a natal Capricorn Sun(12/28/90), so there were mixed results. No doubt about it though, he has a beautiful voice.
Another notable aspect is Jupiter aspecting Saturn and accounts for his humility, in spite of all his early years, even being on T.V., and winning previous tournaments. We have even seen that other child “prodigies” when they grow up, sometimes fall very short of the mark indeed, both in character and talent.

Philip J Berg, as many of you you, is a well respected lawyer in Pennsylvania who filed a lawsuit early in the season, actually on August 29th questioning Obambi’s eligibility to be POTUSA.
Many of him have questioned Berg’s motives, since he is a life long member of the Democratic party and a supporter of Hillary R. Clinton. Just recently, talk radio host, Lan Lamphere even questioned Mr. Berg and called him a “red herring” on the show.
Lan felt that somehow people were being duped and that they should concentrate their dissension on questioning Obambi’s character, or lack of it.
One of Lan’s guest last week was Debbie Schlussel, a lawyer, who said that she had a friend who is a retired federal agent who had requested Barack Obama’s Selective Service records more than a year ago. Basically, he received the document just in September and made a careful analysis of it. It has been forged. If you go to the link he explains carefully how he diagnosed that.
In any case, today, Mr. Berg ran a full page ad in the Washington Times, which you can see above. It has a readership of about 90,000.

Now, in an entirely different a legal approach has been devised by the astute lawyer and champion poker player, Leo C. Donofrio from New Jersey. He has filed that lawsuit with the Supreme Court.
The basis for his lawsuit is the actual wording of the U.S. Constitution Article II “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President.”
Now, others have asked for his birth certificate to show that he is “natural born”. However, Mr. Donofrio says that is not even necessary, because Obambi has stated himself on his own website that he had British citizenship at birth, since his father was a British subject, and that citizenship was passed down to him.

Now, I just listened to Mr. Donofrio on Plains Radio and he made a very interesting point that there are three types of citizenships: 1) Natural born citizen is born on American soil of 2 American Citizens; 2) Citizen may be born on American soil of 2 non citizens; 3) Naturalized citizen is not born on American soil, but takes an Oath of Allegiance. BTW, there are 2 million people listening to this radio program. His old website was shut down, but can be found at Natural Born citizen.

There is a very important reason for these distinctions, because the Founding Fathers wanted to make sure that the President of the United States has to be “natural born”, and that he/she would be indisputably loyal to the United States.

There were only 2 classes of individuals they felt were eligible for POTUSA: 1) natural born and 2) the Founding Fathers. So, unless Obambi is 300 years old, he is not eligible. It is a subtle, but extremely important distinction.

The main problem that Donofrio may experience is that the Court may dismiss the case because he lacks “standing.” For some crazy reason a clerk, Dany Bickell, has also been sabotaging the case by not docketing the case.

In another twist, author Andy Martin, has filed a suit with the Supreme Court of Hawaii and his basis for asking for access to his birth file is that is “an historical document.” It would be rather unprecedented for historians to have no access to a President-elect’s biographical details.

Although Dr. Fukino, Director of the Dept of Health has made a media announcement that she has access to his birth file, but has not clarified whether it is a birth certificate or a COLB. And there is a big difference.
But the American Public can’t be all relegated to being left in the dark about the very person who wants to be in the White House. Because of his secrecy, it seems that the American Public has been even more driven to find out the truth about him.

We, are asking People to write, or fax Justice Clarence Thomas with a request to hear this important suit. You can find more information Norman.wordpress.com. Mr. Donofrio is not biased against either candidate, in fact, since he also feels that McCain is not eligible either. He feels that McCain is a citizen “only by statute.”

Even questions about his parentage have come up, with some claiming look-alikes, Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X to be his secret father. People note that Obamabi is taller than a typical Luo and has a different hairline. Others have investigated Frank Marshall Davis who admitted having a threesome with his wife and a teenager “Anne” in his porno book “Sex Rebel: Black”. Also there are nude pictures of Stanley Anne Dunham on the web. Not photo-shopped.
Is it wrong for a nation to seek answers? Aren’t the People supposed to have confidence in their Commander-in-Chief?

Saul Alinsky said in his book “Rules for Radicals” the organizer’s function was “to agitate to the point of conflict and to maneuver and bait the establishment so that it will publicly attack him as a “dangerous enemy”, to “rub the resentment of the people”, Alinsky taught that this would convince the “people” that the organizer was so willing to let himself be persecuted, that he/she would be a strong advocate for them. A little reverse psychology.

Is this why Obambi refuses to comply with such as small request from the people to release his original birth certificate? Not the COLB, (Certificate of Live Birth) that can be obtained by a person who is even born abroad; not the COLB that was posted on his website (that has been analyzed as a photo-shop).

Again, he may play his oft used “race card”. However, one of the lawsuits, and there are several, has been filed by former Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes, also a presidential candidate for the American Independent Party, who can hardly be accused of playing the race card.

However, going back to the Alinsky strategy, if Obama is found to be ineligible, declared the “enemy”, the people may embrace him even more as their “Savior”, because he will be seen as having been victimized, “crucified”. And, according to
TexasDarlin, because we may be simply defending the Constitution, may again be labeled as a “racist.”

What secrets is he hiding? Would his school records at Harvard indicate his musings about he failures of the Constitution? Would his birth documents reveal foreign
allegiances? Well, at this point, most everyone has heard the radio interview from WBEZ of 2001 in which he questions the Constitution.

So, I don’t think that would be his reason to keep those things sealed.However, what a lot of people haven’t heard about is the supposed funding of his Harvard Law education by infamous Islamic radical, Dr. Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Masoud.

With the insight of a thoughtful historian Victor David Hanson questions the statement by Obamabi that we really “took our eye off the ball” by staging the war in Iraq and not in Afghanistan.

Professor hanson pointed out that actually GWB was careful to take his advisors into consideration, as well as a famous letter from the Taliban stating that Al Queda was in the “land of two rivers”. the other important point is that the West envisioned that installing a democracy would be an important step in winning the war on Terror. Obviously, he said, Afghanistan was in the “9th century” and Iraq in the “16th”, so again, the odds were more favorable there for installing a favorable democratic regime.
However, Obamabi’s appeal was/is as a peace advocate and he could not suffer a loss of face by renouncing his position. Let’s see what he does when he meets with the Generals.
Professor Hanson also predicts that since there wasn’t a radical shift in the electorate (Obamabi won from the AA, Hispanics and young new voters), that he will shift towards the left to consolidate his base. That might mean stronger unions, the Fairness doctrine, and open border cum amnesty, according to his latest article.

I remember hearing Dick Morris, former advisor to President Clinton,
explaining that during the Clinton administration, when they actually cut the capital gains taxes, businesses actually ended up filling up the government coffers even more. I suppose the lesson to be learned is that policy encouraged the market place and the growth of businesses. Now we have a Obambi administration about to enter the scene with no end of radical associations, from Marxists, terrorists and communists, who have done little to minimize America’s “Buyer’s Remorse”.
